Hello dear reader and thank you so much for taking the time to look over my portfolio.
After spending a year and a bit pretending to study for a Physics degree at the Royal Holloway University of London, I realised that I had more passion for the student magazine than for algebra or Newtonian mechanics and so after a hard few weeks of clichéd soul searching I packed it in and here I am.
Currently I am working a dead end bar job to pay my bills and keep me fed but outside of that I like to tell people that I’m a freelance writer and the goal is that one day I might be able to tell people this with a straight face and maybe even make a living from it, however modest.
In the past I have been a writer for Planet Ivy, Screen Robot and Ennui and the subjects I feel comfortable tackling range from offbeat news and video game reviews to opinion pieces and investigative reports.
Currently I live in Brighton, I have an affinity for cats and pizza and I am available to write for your publication immediately. I’ll do it for free even, though money would not be refused.
